The crap that shrub is pulling I thought would be coming to a close. But I guess I was wrong.

He still has the forces sitting in Iraq getting pegged off one at a time by a population that hates them. Since the war has been "won", dozens of American soldiers have been killed, and the count will be growing every day.

I feel very sorry for the soldiers being in that position... but can you blame the Iraqies for trying to exterminate the infestation?? I wish it could be as easy as hitting them with red splatter paint... and saying "haha you're out... go home", but it's not. All the American soldiers being killed right now are because of one man. This commander and chief who gives the orders, is the only one to blame for the blood of the children of America overseas. You CANNOT blame the people of Iraq for defending their homes, families, and lives.

This is sad. But it will be much worse when the American Fuhrer decides to attack Iran (it's pretty well a done deal now). Who was it that said "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, won't be fooled again"? I think it was the little shubster (I heard he couldn't say "shame on me" to complete the real quote because he has a personality disorder where he can't see himself as the blame for anything).

In either case, Afghanistan was the first card played, Iraq was number two. Now will Iran be the hat trick? How foolish will the American people look when they realize they've been fooled 3 times? The British are already frying Blair... and although there is support in the EU and UN for research into the growth of the Nuclear power plant projects in Iran, this will be much too slow for Bushy. "We must attack Iran to ensure the safety of the U.S. citizens. We must remove the threat of WMD from Iran". Wasn't there billions spent on a missile defense system?? Oh yeah... it doesn't work.

Anyway. enough for tonight. I just had some time and wanted to rant a little more. I keep seeing his face on the T.V., and it just makes me feel like unzipping and pissing on the screen. Well, since I don't want to ruin my T.V., I just write a little bit here and I feel better.

L8tr Doods

P.S. just read this coutesy of Reuters :

"Iran said on Saturday it would not allow U.N. inspectors to take samples at an alleged nuclear plant, as Washington warned it reserved the right to use military action to stop Tehran making atomic weapons."

Nice... here we go.

Looks like I'm not able to post as often as I like... I just started this to vent some frustration at what I was seeing going on, but there are better things to do than vent on a blog.

Adeel... thanks for your comments. I really do appreciate when comments are made in a civil manner. Thankyou. I too am Canadian, and have friends that are Muslim. I suppose I just am angry at the way the U.S. government is handling things, and I seem to focus my attention at the top of the pyramid.

I just don't like Bush... I really really don't like him. I don't like the way he talks down to people (new-cue-ler), I don't like his arrogance (although many Americans do), I don't like the way he is trying to hide everything, and I don't like the way he is fooling Americans into giving up their freedoms for false security.

I don't like the way the U.S. threatens other nations to fall in line with the program. Syria has been warned, Iran has been warned, N. Korea has been warned, even Saudi Arabia is now a "kernal of evil" as per a pentagon briefing. Hell, even Canada has been "warned" many times about the problems that could occur if pot possesion is decriminalized (back to the war on drugs.. not terrorism).

I suppose I started this blog just to point out that I always viewed the U.S.A. as the ultimate place to be. I was proud to be their neighbour, and visited often. Now, I am actually scared to go down there... not because of the threat of terrorism... but because of the government.

Anyway, thank all of you who read this and commented... but I'll be signing off for now. The next month or so will be very busy for me, so maybe we'll be lucky and this whole thing will blow over... not likely, but hopefully we won't see any more invasions.

Looks like the mainstream media is starting to stand up against the shrub (about time). The truth is finally coming out, and the people are starting to speak up.
Jill Nelson, an MSNBC contributor writes "Today, I fear my own government more than I do terrorists".

Read her article http://www.msnbc.com/news/907766.asp

Ooooh... flames... I'm touched. Well, let's respond shall we..

Adeel writes : "Ooh, gee, look, you can come up with half-baked opinions and tenuous, irrelevant facts to back them up. Congratulations, Saudi Arabia would be proud."

Well Adeel, I am free to have opinions in my country. If you live in the US, your freedom of speech is slowly being revoked. As for the irrelevant facts, have you read them?? I think they're really quite scary. And Saudi Arabia is very proud to call Bush their friend. That's well known. Little shrub would never step on their toes, at least not yet.

Then Pharman writes : "wa wa maybe you would rather have a rapist Adulterer in the office.A prevacator, a man who bombs countries to move the headlines from his blowjobs.Perhaps you think we should worry about the UN with Libya chairing the Human rights council with Cuba. George Bush is the best President sense R.R. Sort of burns liberal asses that they are really insignificant in the great sceme of things. Like the Communists,,history & not one to be proud of"

And also "I also think you should concider ,we secured the oilfields of Iraq 2 hours sooner than Ted Kennedy notified the police that he had drowned a girl he was fucking out on his wife with"

Well Pharman you poor blind bastard, I kinda liked Reagan. And yes, given the choices you gave me, I'd rather have an adulterer in the office than a baby killer, but then again, it's not my country, so it's your choice, not mine. At your next election you can vote to have this power hungry little hitler wannabe (and yes, I know what I am saying), to run your country... assuming you still are able to vote. God knows that you may not have that right by next years election.

Honestly, just answer one question: Do you really think the Patriot Act is a good thing, and are you willing to give up all your rights to freedom so you can have a false sense of security? Do you think it's okay to get your phones tapped? Do you mind if they put you away for a couple of months cause you had a friend years ago that may have a relative that may have a contact that may have said something to someone?? And don't forget to tell your lawyer not to bother, cause you have no rights to see him/her. Roll your eyes if you want, but that can happen today (and it is).

So go ahead and cheer for this war criminal (I can feel your blood boiling right now), cause when it's all said and done, the superpower of the USA will be standing alone and humbled(maybe with Britain), and the once great country will have fallen due to one man. Your Hero.

that's it for tonight.

Sorry I haven't written in a while... I've been busy planning my fallout shelter ;)

Anyway... just read that a Belgian laywer is planning to move forward with a war crimes lawsuit against US General Tommy Franks. Poor Tommy, he was just following orders.. but that's really no excuse is it??
I also read somewhere about a group trying to charge little shrub with Treason. Wouldn't that make the world celebrate. If something like that would happen, it would make the USA a little more respectable in the eyes of the world.
Here's a fun little article I read... Bush's resume: a little long... but interesting.

George W. Bush Resume

Past work experience:

Ran for congress and lost.

Produced a Hollywood slasher B movie.

Bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas, company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock.

Bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using tax-payer money. Biggest move: Traded Sammy Sosa to the Chicago White Sox.

With fathers help (and his name) was elected Governor of Texas.

Accomplishments: Changed pollution laws for power and oil companies and made Texas the most polluted state in the Union. Replaced Los Angeles with Houston as the most smog ridden city in America. Cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas government to the tune of billions in borrowed money. Set record for most executions by any Governor in American history.

Became president after losing the popular vote by over 500,000 votes, with the help of my fathers appointments to the Supreme Court.

Accomplishments as president:

Attacked and took over two countries.

Spent the surplus and bankrupted the treasury.

Shattered record for biggest annual deficit in history.

Set economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12 month period.

Set all-time record for biggest drop in the history of the stock market.

First president in decades to execute a federal prisoner.

First president in US history to enter office with a criminal record.

First year in office set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in US history.

After taking the entire month of August off for vacation, presided over the worst security failure in US history.

Set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips than any other president in US history.

In my first two years in office over 2 million Americans lost their job.

Cut unemployment benefits for more out of work Americans than any president in US history.

Set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12 month period.

Appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in US history.

Set the record for the least amount of press conferences than any president since the advent of television.

Signed more laws and executive orders amending the Constitution than any president in US history.

Presided over the biggest energy crises in US history and refused to intervene when corruption was revealed.

Presided over the highest gasoline prices in US history and refused to use the national reserves as past presidents have.

Cut healthcare benefits for war veterans.

Set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously take to the streets to protest me (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind. (http://www.hyperreal.org/~dana/marches/)

Dissolved more international treaties than any president in US history.

My presidency is the most secretive and un-accountable of any in US history.

Members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in US history. (the 'poorest' multi-millionaire, Condoleeza Rice has an Exxon oil tanker named after her).

First president in US history to have all 50 states of the Union simultaneously go bankrupt.

Presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud of any market in any country in the history of the world.

First president in US history to order a US attack and military occupation of a sovereign nation.

Created the largest government department bureaucracy in the history of the United States.

Set the all-time record for biggest annual budget spending increases, more than any president in US history.

First president in US history to have the United Nations remove the US from the human rights commission.

First president in US history to have the United Nations remove the US from the elections monitoring board.

Removed more checks and balances, and have the least amount of congressional oversight than any presidential administration in US history.

Rendered the entire United Nations irrelevant.

Withdrew from the World Court of Law.

Refused to allow inspectors access to US prisoners of war and by default no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.

First president in US history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 US elections).

All-time US (and world) record holder for most corporate campaign donations.

My biggest life-time campaign contributor presided over one of the largest corporate bankruptcy frauds in world history (Kenneth Lay, former CEO of Enron Corporation).

Spent more money on polls and focus groups than any president in US history.

First president in US history to unilaterally attack a sovereign nation against the will of the United Nations and the world community.

First president to run and hide when the US came under attack (and then lied saying the enemy had the code to Air Force 1)

First US president to establish a secret shadow government.

Took the biggest world sympathy for the US after 911, and in less than a year made the US the most resented country in the world (possibly the biggest diplomatic failure in US and world history).

With a policy of 'dis-engagement' created the most hostile Israeli-Palestine relations in at least 30 years.

Fist US president in history to have a majority of the people of Europe (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and stability.

First US president in history to have the people of South Korea more threatened by the US than their immediate neighbor, North Korea.

Changed US policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts.

Set all-time record for number of administration appointees who violated US law by not selling huge investments in corporations bidding for government contracts.

Failed to fulfill my pledge to get Osama Bin Laden 'dead or alive'.

Failed to capture the anthrax killer who tried to murder the leaders of our country at the United States Capital building. After 18 months I have no leads and zero suspects.

In the 18 months following the 911 attacks I have successfully prevented any public investigation into the biggest security failure in the history of the United States.

Removed more freedoms and civil liberties for Americans than any other president in US history.

In a little over two years created the most divided country in decades, possibly the most divided the US has ever been since the civil war.

Entered office with the strongest economy in US history and in less than two years turned every single economic category heading straight down.

Records and References:

At least one conviction for drunk driving in Maine (Texas driving record has been erased and is not available).

AWOL from National Guard and Deserted the military during a time of war.

Refuse to take drug test or even answer any questions about drug use.

All records of my tenure as governor of Texas have been spirited away to my fathers library, sealed in secrecy and un-available for public view.

All records of any SEC investigations into my insider trading or bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and un-available for public view.

All minutes of meetings for any public corporation I served on the board are sealed in secrecy and un-available for public view.

Any records or minutes from meetings I (or my VP) attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and un-available for public review.

For personal references please speak to my daddy or uncle James Baker (They can be reached at their offices of the Carlyle Group for war-profiteering.)

http://www.buzzflash.com/contributors/03/04/23_resume.html

Alright... I've never really seen an example of doublespeak like this:

"All oil fields in Iraq now fall within areas controlled by the U.S. coalition"
And
"Will Halliburton Clean Up? The company that Dick Cheney once ran stands to make millions rebuilding Iraq." (oil cleanup that is)

So all the oil is now under US control, US companies are coming in to clean it up, and get it flowing again. Guess this war is NOT about oil after all.

And as this bloodshed slows down, the shrub is looking for more action to quench his thirst for blood :

DAMASCUS (Reuters) - Syria denied on Monday U.S. charges that it had chemical weapons and, brushing aside British allegations, said it had never cooperated with Saddam Hussein's administration.
"We say to him (President Bush) that Syria has no chemical weapons and that the only chemical, biological and nuclear weapons in the region are in Israel, which is threatening its neighbors and occupying their land," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Buthaina Shaaban told Reuters.

Bush said on Sunday that he believed Syria had chemical weapons and that Damascus must cooperate with Washington and not harbor any fleeing Iraqi leaders.

Well, maybe we should send the United Nations in to Syria, make sure they have no WMD. Once the UN is done, the US can distrust the findings and liberate Syria just like they did to Iraq... And we all thought Iran would be next.

I'd write more today, but if I start on the depleted uranium topic, I'll be writing all night.

Was it Powell or Rumsfeld the other day warning, Syria, Iran, N. If they search without just reason, anything they find can easily be chucked (my lawyer will embarrass their asses in court).

Now, driving in the U.S., you don't have that right anymore... and if the homeland security act crap is not sunsetted like it's supposed to be (they are trying to pass it again without the sunset clause), you will be screwed indefinitely.

Here are some of the freedoms you have ALREADY lost : (borrowed from another website)

RIGHT TO PROTEST & DISSENT: Protesters and political dissidents across the country are being arrested, and the broad definitions of “terrorism” and “act of terrorism” in the Homeland Security bill could be used to label anyone for nearly any crime as a terrorist

FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION: Government may monitor religious and political institutions without suspecting criminal activity to assist terror investigations.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION: Government has closed once-public immigration hearings, has secretly detained hundreds of people without charges, and has encouraged bureaucrats to resist public records questions. The Homeland Security Department legally operates in complete secrecy.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH: Government may prosecute librarians or keepers of any other records if they tell anyone that the government subpoenaed information related to a terror investigation. One man who made a comment about a “burning Bush” got 37 months in prison.

RIGHT TO LEGAL REPRESENTATION: Government may deny lawyers to Americans accused of crimes, and monitor federal prison jailhouse conversations between attorneys and clients.

FREEDOM FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHES: Government may search and seize Americans' papers and effects without probable cause.

RIGHT TO PRIVACY: The Total Information Awareness program has the right to read your emails, tap your phones, keep track of every purchase you make, and identify your face from a distance, thus keeping track of your movements. Not just targeted individuals, but a grand database of America.

RIGHT TO A SPEEDY AND PUBLIC TRIAL: Government may jail Americans indefinitely without a trial.

RIGHT TO LIBERTY: Americans may be jailed without being charged or being able to confront witnesses against them.

RIGHT TO LIFE: The CIA can kill you, even if you are a citizen. No Trial, No Explanation, No Warning. Just immediate death.

POSSE COMITATUS: Though not lost yet, the law that keeps military off American streets was “bridged over” during the DC sniper investigations, and the government thought it went so well that the law is under review and might be removed completely

FREEDOM, PERIOD: Ever heard of Random ID Checkpoints?

have a nice day...

I was just thinking that I might have to go to Chicago on Business over the next couple of months. I really hate that. Not going down, just passing through immigration or security. The fact that I look like a mean biker dude with the long pony tail, unshaven, goatee, shouldn't make a difference.
A few years ago I went to Las Vegas with my girlfriend... The immigration officer asked me 7 times (seven) if I've been to jail, charge, arrested, been to court etc...

Have you ever been jailed for any offence? no
Have you ever been charged with an offence? no
Have you ever been arrested? no
Have you ever been to court? no
Have you ever been charged with anything? no
So you've never been arrested? no
And you've never been to court? no... well, yes.. back in school.
Oh, so you're studying law? no... this was high school and we just went to see how the court system worked about 20 years ago.
Oh. okay.

Stupid friggin bitch thinks she has some power (which she does I suppose) but I suppose it's just the fact that I'm Canadian and she can't get info on me online.

As for the Yanks, well when CAPPS II comes out, you won't have to worry about getting asked questions... they'll be able to look everything up on you.. including your credit rating each time you travel (cause we know that's important).

Personally, I would rather be asked a dozen dumb questions by some bitch with a power trip, than have them be able to look at my life with the click of a button.

Call me silly, but I don't think I want my life in a database any person with half a brain and is PC literate could find out my dental records. Now, don't think I'm naive, I know my info is out there somewhere, and some people could look it up... but it's not all together in one place. It makes the job easier when the Feds want one big happy database. Can I say big brother??

One last thing for today.... make sure you have some cash stashed away for your family and loved ones... cause at any time you can be taken away by the Feds, for no reason, held without being charged, and your assets frozen while they investigate you (no reason needed). Now, if you're blonde haired, blue eyed, full blooded American, you probably will be fine. If you look like you could be of any other race, or if you are an immigrant... be careful.

I'm sorry. Sounds kinda like the Dark Angel show a little while back. Not that these kids (adults now) are any sort of mutants... but they will just be let out to attack the invaders, and eat their brains.

In any case, I think the coalition troops are doing great moving towards Baghdad, and I think this will be over in the not too distant future. I still don't agree with how this started, but it must be finished. I just hope they are more careful in Baghdad with the civilians.

I am also glad that the forces backed down from Najaf and avoided a confrontation with the locals there. They were protecting their mosque, and that is understandable. It was a very good call on the CO of the troop to walk away from it for now.

Well, hey... they saved Jessica Lynch today. At first I was onside with the US/British move to deploy forces into Iraq, and I was angry at the Canadian Government for not backing that up. After all, Saddam is an evil man doing horrible things to his people. Liberate the Iraqi people!! I am 100% on board with that. It’s just sad that by liberating them, so many of them must die.

Now, I am not the most eloquent writer, and editorial writing is not my forte, so please bear with the run-on sentences, bad grammar, spelling, and assorted errors.

I am really starting to investigate the history of the man known as “shrub” (get it… little bush?). He truly is a piece of work. I don’t want to call him evil or stupid, but he seems to be a bit of both. What he is doing to the American people is unbelievable. Talk about having the wool pulled over your eyes while the carpet is pulled out from under your feet.

A citizen of the United States hardly has any rights anymore. Really. Although you are told it is for your benefit, as the threat of terrorism looming, it is really a small price to pay.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I think the U.S. is a great place, has great people, and is a very strong and proud country. The military is full of fantastic patriots doing an incredible job (at least as good as they can for the majority being young kids). I am very “pro-American”… I am just afraid all the good things about America are being chipped away by a government that has it’s own interest ahead of the citizens interests.

I didn’t want to believe in conspiracies and rumours, but it seems the more I read, the more I seem to get an understanding of the “real” venues of this administration. There is just way too much stuff going on behind closed doors, and many things in the open that are not being scrutinized. Corporate America is laughing at the way they are getting fatter and fatter. The average worker is going to be working much harder to just stay afloat. This is not something that is hard to find information on, and not something that is being hidden… just not being advertised.

Soon, if shrub’s new proposal flies, any worker making over $22,100 annual salary, is not entitled to overtime pay. Nice. Now you can work 60, 70, 80 or more hours a week, and not get an extra penny.

Corporate America loves the shrubster….

Hey, do a google search on “bush corporate agenda”… nice work with the pension cash balance plans shrub.

Let’s not talk about the wonderful war on drugs fiasco… full of so many lies I’m surprised they thought the people would actually buy it. I guess they did for a while. Out of curiosity, let’s do a google search on “bush cocaine”. Very interesting.

Those few things are just plain easy. It’s all out in the open (or at least obvious). How about some things a little shadier? Do a google search on “reagan bush assassination”. Coincidence? Probably, but it does make you raise an eyebrow.

Then of course, there is the totally bazaar conspiracy theories. How about a google search on “911 inside job”? Now, honestly, I don’t know if I believe that one… but it does make you wonder if there is a sliver of truth there. The scary thing is that if shrubs pals wanted to do something like that… I’m sure it could be done.

Now, this is my first post, and I am learning more and more each day. I will try to write when I can, and hopefully I won’t suddenly “die in my sleep” one night. Wouldn’t that be a shocker...
